Refund & Exchange Policy

What are the conditions for returning the item?

  • Product seal must be intact.
  • Item must be returned in original condition.
  • Item must include all packaging and accessories.
  • Please return all free or promotional items that came with the purchase else the return will become invalid.

How long after delivery can I submit my claim and how?

  • Please get in touch with our customer services by sending an email at cs@oz.com.pk within 3 days.
  • Our Customer Services will help you filling the return & Exchange form.
  • Please return the product by filling and submitting the return form along with the product at your nearest OZ Trading

How will I be refunded in case of return?

Claims:
Once order has been delivered it will not be refunded but can me exchanged as per customer request due to any miss handled of product during delivery.

What if I receive a faulty product?
If you receive a product in damaged/ broken/ miss printed or any product that does not match its description, you can return it within 72 hours for replacement / exchange.

Note: Order placed by credit / debit cards shall be delivered after receiving the payment in the bank and oz.com.pk is not responsible for the miss use / fraudulent charges. Customer can report fraudulent activity within 24 hours if any. No payment shall be refunded after 24 hours.
